Engagement Model

Since we primarily work on Quickbooks, we have envisaged the following scenarios before engaging in a contract for annual support

Scenario 1

Client is currently using spread sheets or excel to keep accounts and seeking to have a reasonably good computerized system going forward.

You could fill in the required details in the form provided on this website for inputs required for us to assess the current state. Based on further discussions via mail, skype or telephone calls we will assess the effort and time required for a setup of your books as well as upload data in the Quickbooks software. A quotation/proposal from MAVIONICS will follow along with the charges for setup and the monthly fees for a yearly contract. This will include how your business representatives will pass the info and documents to our team and how they would be able to assess and identify the resulting transactions in the system. This will also mention the weekly review tasks and correction to journal entries if any. Quickbooks software needs to be procured from your local dealers and one user login needs to be assigned to MAVIONICS. We would encourage purchase of payroll module from Quickbooks as well.

Scenario 2

Client is already using Quickbooks

Client is already using Quickbooks and wants to look at an alternative where the business can reduce the onsite full time employee costs and change over to this remote work through MAVIONICS; without compromising on the response or quality. Again you could fill in the required details in the form provided on this website for inputs required for us to assess the current state. Based on the discussions via mail, skype or telephone calls we will assess the effort and time required for a carrying forward of your work in the Quickbooks software. A quotation/proposal from MAVIONICS will follow along with the charges for setup (if any) and the monthly fees for a yearly contract.

Scenario 3

Client is using a different software

Client is using a different software and he feels it’s a costly option or difficult to use or not flexible for his small business requirements and is seeking an alternative. Here you are seeking a more appropriate software as well as readymade services to enable your accounting needs through MAVIONICS. Again you could fill in the required details in the form provided on this website for inputs required from our side to understand the current state. Based on the discussions via mail, skype or telephone calls we will assess the effort and time required for a carrying forward of your work in the Quickbooks software. A proposal will be sent with the charges of the initial setup/data upload from the existing application to Quickbooks and the monthly fees for book keeping thereafter.

KINDLY NOTE

In scenario 1 and 3 existing data upload from your old system or spread sheets to Quickbooks will have to be done initially along with identifying opening balances and publishing a cut-off date agreed jointly to start work in QuickBooks. There would be a separate effort for such an initial setup. We can also review your current general ledger and chart of accounts and if possible; to suggest better ways or best practices from a booking keeping perspective to enable better and relevant/ decision-making-enhancing reporting to your management. As per Quickbooks policy even if one user license is bought you will get one free license for your virtual book keeper so it’s convenient for such clients as well. Mavionics will also align with the working day and working calendar of the clients’ country and need.
